"Hi team- I don’t know the best way to contact you all but just want to say a massive thank you for the event at the weekend. I have never done a ‘race’ before and at the beginning of the year I signed up for the 10km as a challenge to myself. Having it ahead of me to keep me going had been great and I then signed up for the Sunday when it was offered. I managed to do both days under the time I wanted and even a PB on the Sunday.
I wanted to say how well organised the event was and how safe it felt in current times. I am sure that it was a huge organisational nightmare but the communication was great and helpful to know what was happening. Kew Gardens is very special to me for a number of reasons and I hope that I will be able to attend and run with you again in future years.
Sorry for waffling, but I wanted to say thank you for organising, Kew for hosting and all the wonderful Marshall’s and fancy dress people. Many thanks to all involved."
"RUNFEST organisation and crowd support is second-to-none, fantastic atmosphere the whole way around and wonderful happy volunteers at the end."
